Q'd Up! provides a platform to:

  • Track TV shows and their seasons/episodes
  • Receive notifications about new episodes and seasons
  • Manage watch progress and ratings
  • View statistics about your watching habits

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason.

4.1 User-Generated Content and Zero Tolerance Policy

We have ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content, abusive behavior, harassment, spam, or any form of harmful content.

Our platform allows users to create and share content including reviews, comments, activity posts, and profile information. By using our service, you agree to the following:

  • No Objectionable Content: You will not post, share, or create any content that is offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or violates any laws or regulations.
  • No Abusive Behavior: You will not engage in harassment, bullying, stalking, or any behavior that harms or threatens other users.
  • No Spam: You will not post repetitive, unwanted, or promotional content that disrupts the user experience.
  • No Fake Accounts: You will not create fake accounts or impersonate others.
  • Respect Others: You will treat all users with respect and dignity.

Consequences of Violations: Violations of these terms will result in immediate action, including but not limited to:

  • Removal of objectionable content
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from the service
  • Legal action if applicable

Reporting Violations: Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through our reporting system. We review all reports and take action within 24 hours. Users can also block abusive users, which immediately removes their content from your feed.

Content Moderation: We use automated content filtering and manual review to identify and remove objectionable content. All user-generated content is subject to review, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at any time, without notice.

5. Content and Data

5.1 Third-Party Content

TV show information is provided by third-party services (TMDB, TVMaze). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of your personal data. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process your data to provide the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, functionality, and code, is owned by TV Show Tracker and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Use our trademarks without permission

7. Notifications

By enabling notifications, you consent to receive emails and/or SMS messages about:

  • New episodes and seasons of tracked shows

  • Weekly digests (if enabled)
  • Important service updates
